Free AI UX audit tool: check any screen or URL for usability, accessibility and hierarchy

Fleck's UX audit is a free AI design review: add a screen, a screenshot or a live URL and get prioritised usability, accessibility and visual hierarchy findings in about a minute, each one tied to the part of the interface it refers to.

How the UX audit works

  1. 1. Add a screen, or a URL

Upload a screenshot or design image, paste a public website URL, or audit a screen you generated in Fleck. A free account is all you need to try it.

  2. 2. Fleck reviews it

Usability heuristics, visual hierarchy, accessibility, cognitive load, platform conventions and the empty, loading and error states designs usually skip.

  3. 3. Fix by severity

Findings arrive pinned to the part of the design they refer to, each with a severity and a concrete fix. Export a PDF or share a read-only link.

What the audit checks

  • Contrast, text legibility and colour-only meaning
  • Touch and click target size and spacing
  • Visual hierarchy and scan order
  • Label clarity, form friction and error recovery
  • Missing empty, loading, partial and error states
  • Platform conventions for web, iOS and Android

Audit types

  • UX review: usability heuristics, hierarchy and clarity
  • Design critique: visual design and layout feedback
  • Compare: two designs or two versions side by side
  • Accessibility audit: contrast, targets, labels and WCAG checks
  • IA review: navigation, labelling and structure
  • User flow audit: friction and drop-off across a flow
  • Predictive heatmap: where attention is likely to land

Who it is for

  • Product designers checking work before review or handoff
  • Founders testing a landing page, onboarding or MVP before launch
  • Product managers who need specific, prioritised UX issues for the backlog

What you get back

  • An overall score plus category scores for usability, accessibility, visual design and content
  • Findings pinned to the exact part of the screen they refer to
  • A severity on every finding, with the issue, the user impact and a concrete fix
  • The heuristic or WCAG criterion each finding maps to
  • A PDF export you can hand to a team, and a read-only share link
  • A baseline score you can re-measure after the fixes ship

UX audit questions

What is a UX audit?

A structured review of an interface against usability heuristics, accessibility standards and visual hierarchy principles, returning specific problems with a severity so a team knows what to fix first.

How long does a Fleck audit take?

A single screen usually comes back in under two minutes. A full audit across a flow takes longer because each screen is reviewed separately.

Is it free?

Yes, you can start free. Audits are charged in credits: 18 credits for a single audit and 93 for a full audit. The Free plan includes 100 one-time starter credits after you verify a card (nothing is charged), and shows the score, summary and first findings before upgrading for the full report.

Can it audit a live website?

Yes. Paste a public URL and Fleck captures the page before reviewing it. Pages behind a login or bot protection cannot be captured, and nothing is charged when a capture fails.

What language are the findings in?

Whatever language the Fleck interface is set to, regardless of the language of the design being audited. Change it before running the audit.
